So hello! I’m Linda, your host. Vegetarian since 14 years now, and with a deep love for Crete’s culture and local life.

I’m passionate about bringing people together to celebrate the joy of good food and great company. Living in Chania, I have explored many vegetarian options the island has to offer. And now I want to share this knowledge with you.

Absolutely! If you’re following a vegan diet, please let us know when you book. While the picnic won’t be 100% vegan, we ensure there are plenty of options available to satisfy your dietary needs. Our aim is to provide a delightful and inclusive dining experience for all our guests, so don’t hesitate to mention any specific requirements.

Are children welcome at the picnic?

Yes, children aged 4 and above are welcome to join the picnic. We ask that each child be accompanied by an adult, as the responsibility for the child’s safety and behavior rests with the accompanying adult. Please note, while children are welcome, the picnic experience is primarily adult-focused, with activities and conversations curated for an adult audience.

What should I bring to the picnic?

While we provide the essentials like seating, dinnerware, and a selection of food and drinks, we recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a hat, sunscreen, and any personal items you might need for an outdoor event. Feel free to bring a musical instrument or a game to share with the group!

What happens in case of bad weather?

We closely monitor the weather forecasts. If bad weather is expected, we may reschedule the picnic to ensure the best experience for everyone involved. Attendees will be notified in advance and provided with alternative dates.

How long does the picnic last?

The picnic typically lasts for approximately 3 hours. This duration allows everyone to relax, enjoy the food and company, and truly immerse themselves in the experience.

Can I book a private picnic?

Absolutely! If you’re interested in a private picnic experience, whether it’s for a special occasion or simply a personal preference, please contact me to discuss the details and availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are not possible due to the preparatory nature and limited spots of our picnics. However, you can reschedule for another date if you notify me at least 48 hours in advance
